Очень хорошее место, особенно для молодых людей и всех, кто себя таковыми чувствует. Чистые комнаты, хорошая инфраструктура, можно воспользоваться прачечной. Расположение рядом со станцией метро, поэтому в любой конец Амстердама легко и быстро добраться. Единственное, что нужно учесть: в отеле принимаются только карты! И на кафе, и на городской налог тоже.
The hotel was centrally located and there are great transport links to attractions. However, the room we booked did not feel like a ‘4-star’ hotel. The executive queen room was small and it felt like we were in university halls. When we arrived the basin was clogged, which was fixed after we spoke to the staff. Then we realized the shower drains were also clogged so the staff helpfully fixed that the day after. However, the air con was malfunctioning even though we had informed the staff about it. There was considerable dust all over the desk and in the gap between the wall and bed when we checked in. I’d be hesitant to rebook with this hotel when I’m back in Amsterdam

Very disappointing experience. How come it is a 4star hotel while it doesn't have a mini fridge in guest rooms? This was very inconvenient and cost us a lot as we had to buy everything fresh and with a baby this was extremely difficult to manage. The people at the dask were very friendly and would store food for you in the fridge, yet it was by no means the convenience you paid for. The hotel didn't have any cribs either, and the standard guest room was very tiny, again parameters that question the categorization of this hotel as 4star. As for the room maintenance, our room was not vacuum cleaned the second day of our stay. Everything was provided at bare mininmum, only 2 pillows and no face towels were provided.
On the positive side, the hotel had a restaurant, a coffee shop and a bar.
De kamer was niet gezellig, een beetje vuil en stoffig. Flesje water was halfleeg wanneer we toekwamen en duidelijk al opengemaakt. Geen extra uitleg over wifi of over de koffiemachine in de kamer…

有小偷 入住期間錢包放在行李箱裡被偷走了400歐。
店長説不願意懷疑自己的員工,不想報警也不想看監控,願意直接賠付給我。我輕信了,但從9月28日開始説會退款給我直到現在也沒有退回來,發郵件也不再回復。
開會期間最普通的房間漲到2000人民幣一晚,空調不暖、房間漏水。後幾天連垃圾都不給扔了,非常差的入住體驗。
There was a thief during my stay and my wallet, which was in my suitcase, was stolen with 400 euros.
The manager said she didn't want to suspect her own employees and didn't want to call the police or watch the surveillance footage. She was willing to pay me directly. I trusted her, but she said she would refund me from September 28th until now, but she hasn't refunded me yet, and she no longer replies to my emails.
The most basic room during the conference went up to 2000 RMB per night, with an uncomfortably cold air conditioner and a leaking room. For the later days, they even stopped throwing away the trash, which was a very poor accommodation experience.

Location is perfect, the team is nice and helpful, the environment is perfect!
But the window curtains don’t block the sunlight well, especially in the early morning, which means people who are sensitive to sleeping in light might feel some discomfort.
